Toward the end of the season 2 finale, Leon was seen approaching some members of what's left of fsociety. Of course, a lot of fans are wondering what role Elliot's jailmate would play in the coming season. But if events in the Red Wheelbarrow novel are taken into account, it looks like Leon might have a bigger role to play with the arrival of "Mr Robot" Season 3 Episode 1.
It seems that Leon, played by Joey Bada$, did not go to jail for the usual reasons. There are speculations that Leon was intentionally put into jail to spy on Elliot on behalf of the Dark Army, according to Yahoo TV. In the book, Elliot narrated that he saw Leon being visited by a Chinese-looking woman whose could be Whiterose's subordinate or maybe even Whiterose herself. Another thing that should arouse suspicion and perhaps even demonstrate Dark Army's clout is that Leon was freed immediately after Elliot. With these in mind, fans may expect Leon to play a greater role in the coming "Mr Robot" Season 3 release date. But whether Leon is fsociety's friend or otherwise still remains to be seen.
President Donald Trump To Be Included In The 'Mr Robot' Season 3 Plot?
There are also indications that President Donald Trump's win could be somehow woven into the "Mr Robot" Season 3 storyline, as previously reported by GamenGuide. These speculations were ignited when series creator Sam Esmail posted what could be a part of the third season's script on Twitter.
The said "Mr Robot" Season 3 script leaked by Esmail show a dialogue between Elliot and his therapist Krista which seems to also hint of the director's apparent dislike of the new president. Krista asked her patient the one thing about society that disappoints him so much to which Eliot responded that it was Trump's election as the president.
