‘Lucifer' Season 2 Episode 10 Promo, Spoilers: Lucifer, Chloe Kiss; Showrunner Teases 'Unexpected' Romance

The trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 shows Lucifer Morningstar and Chloe Decker about to kiss. Likewise, showrunner Joe Henderson said to expect an unexpected romance blossom in the midseason finale.

The trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 opens with Lucifer talking to Charlotte. In the scene, the devil tells his mother to promise him that she will not touch Chloe. While Lucifer's voice plays in the background, viewers see a replay of a scene in Episode 9, "Homewrecker." In this scene, Charlotte watches as the detective is about to get inside her car, which she planted with a bomb.

The trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 then reveals Lucifer and Chloe drinking wine. Lucifer has that astonished look on his face while he stares at Chloe Decker. The detective, on the other hand, seems to be enjoying her time with Lucifer. Chloe appears to laugh at what Lucifer said.

Right before the trailer for "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10 ends, viewers see Chloe and Lucifer at Lux. They are staring at each other as they slowly come close together. Lucifer and Chloe look like they are about to kiss.

Will fans finally see the detective and the devil kiss in "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10? Will Lucifer convince his mother Charlotte not to harm Chloe Decker? The trailer appears vague to say otherwise. However, the preview clearly hints to the start of romance between Lucifer and Chloe.

Meanwhile, series creator Joe Henderson teased that an "unexpected romance blossoms" in "Lucifer" Season 2 Episode 10. Does he mean a romance between Chloe Decker and Lucifer Morningstar? If so, then it is about time that the partners show their affections for one other. However, Henderson could also refer to Charlotte and Dan, since they slept together in Episode 9.
