New details emerge regarding "Mass Effect: Andromeda" about the protagonist's new ship, the Tempest that is used to explore new worlds in the space exploration game. Bioware states that the Tempest has similarities with the game's predecessor ship, the Normandy, but the Tempest has more advance technology than the former.

No loading screen feature for 'Mass Effect: Andromeda'

Gamespot reports that "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will no longer feature a loading screen when players are aboard the Tempest. This means, players will no longer be standing on elevators or waiting to be scanned while running around the ship.

Harold Chaput says that "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will have a smoother gameplay and will all be very seamless. Chaput added that the problem with the previous games were the memory limitation and loading limitation, which took most of the time in playing the game, but without the loading screens, it makes it easier to make a rich and full environment for the players to enjoy.

Meanwhile, new information reveals that the protagonist, Ryder will be aboard the Tempest in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" space exploration game. The Tempest will also function as a home for the "Mass Effect: Andromeda" characters like the Normandy in the "Mass Effect" trilogy.

The Tempest will have many alterations that were not featured in the former game and to also have something new for "Mass Effect: Andromeda." One of this features is that players will now stand on the bridge and look to the stars featured on the screen to select a destination of the player's choosing.

Other features for the Tempest in "Mass Effect: Andromeda" will be the holographic interface with protagonist, Ryder will use to upgrade abilities and distribute points to suit the mission at hand. The Tempest also has a garage where players can see the Nomad, the surface vehicle similar to Mako in the game's predecessor.
