Amazon Latest News & Update: New Dash Replenishment Service; More Products Added; Button Will Help You Replenish Supplies, Google Not Thrilled?

Amazon is the largest internet-based retailer in the world that has brought the standards of shopping to a whole new level. Now new reports are claiming that Amazon has just recently launched its Dash Replenishment Service.

Amazon Dash Replenishment service helps shoppers reorder supplies. The program brings instant reordering to connected devices- like washing machines that orders detergent, or printers that orders ink - now includes a new handful of Dash-enabled products from companies like Nestle, Honeywell, WePlenish, and GeniCan.

According to Amazon, it wanted primarily to give its customers more options and make life easier. Its first ever Amazon Dash Button was launched on March 1, 2015. "It is a Wi-Fi connected device that reorders your favorite product with the press of a button."

Each Amazon Dash Button is paired with a product of customer's choice, which is selected during the set-up process. When customers' supplies are running low, customers can just simply press the Dash Button. Since its launch, the number of products covered by the dash button has increased with varieties to choose from including products like household supplies, beverages and grocery and health care.

Amazon says in Tech Crunch that "among the newly announced Dash devices, connected thermostat maker Honeywell's involvement may be the most interesting. Its devices will now be able to calculate when a new air filter is needed, then automatically reorder one from Amazon."

However, rumors are rife that Google is not thrilled on this new marketing strategies of Amazon, as it has the ability to acquire more consumers and fast turnover of products. Google has not released any statement on this report.

Indeed, Amazon has again made things a lot more exciting by providing Dash button devices that automatically orders customer's products through the retailer's Dash Replenishment service. With the new innovation, a lot more products are now coming online.

Thanks to this new innovation! Amazon has again made life easier. Don't forget to stay tuned for the next upcoming update.
