The fans of the hit TV series, "Outlander" Season 3 have been wondering if they would ever see Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe together. However, Heughan is apparently dating and reports claimed it is not Balfe.
In a report from Gack Hollywood, Sam Heughan is not dating fellow Outlander season 3 co-star, Caitriona Balfe. The Scottish actor is said to be dating Mackenzie Mauzy, as they have been spotted often together in different occasions.
The site further unveiled that Heughan and Mauzy were seen in several events together and he is apparently unafraid to let to world know that he is dating the actress. However, the two have not yet commented about the dating rumors thrown at them for "Outlander" Season 3.
People started to give negative comments about the actress when she uploaded a photo of her with Heughan. Several people are also quick to give negative comments about Mauzy and the Outlander actor immediately defended Mauzy.
Heughan posted a message on his social media account saying, "Please stop this. Spread this bile and pettiness elsewhere. No-one deserves to be treated this way. I am disgusted and shameful." He also stated that the shameful behavior of the bashers must be stopped, "Spineless bullyin. Stop. Now."
The bashers could be the fans of the on-screen couple, as they have been shipping the co-stars together since the season one of their show. Although, Balfe and Heughan already apologized to their fans in the past saying that they are only friends, it seems like their followers are still hoping that they would end up with each other in the future even though "Outlander" Season 3 would end.
Even though Heughan is a handsome guy, he admitted that he also has his shares of dating failures. More reports for "Outlander" Season 3 claimed that the actor stated that he was turned down by a girl, when he asked for a date. Apparently, the girl did not open her doors when he was waiting outside with flowers, a couple of glasses and wine.
As of this date, "Outlander" Season 3 stars, Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe are yet to comment about the possibilities of dating or not.
