‘Pokemon Go’ Thanksgiving Week Guide: Game Can Have Up To Four Times EXP Gains; Cheats, Tips & Tricks! More Gameplay Details Revealed

"Pokemon Go" is giving fans more things to be thankful for this week as they are set to extend their Thanksgiving event. This means that for one week straight, users will have the opportunity to maximize the EXP boost by up to four times. So here is how fans can better take advantage of this whole thing.

According to Forbes, the whole event will span from Nov. 23 until Nov. 30. So for those who have been waiting for another big "Pokemon Go" event then this might be their big chance. And for those who do not want to waste this event, here are some tips and tricks on how to maximize those bonus EXP gains.

Use Those Lucky Eggs

To those players who have been hoarding their lucky eggs, this week is where they could hit pay dirt. It has been reported that the makers of the game will be letting those lucky eggs pad the double EXP bonus. That means that "Pokemon Go" players will have 30 minutes of up to four times EXP points! Here are two more ways that users can maximize those thirty minutes.

First is by using the lucky egg near a Pokestop. The best Pokestops are the ones in clusters and find one where somebody has already dropped a lure module. Alternatively, the user could also drop his if he wants to. Then activate the lucky egg with the incense module all at once. This will net you so many Pokemons and will give the "Pokemon Go" player 400 EXP per catch. Also just visiting a PokeStop will give the player 200 EXP instead of just 50.

Mass Evolve

For those who love hoarding Pidgeys, now is the time to mass evolve. Simply activate the lucky egg and just keep evolving as many Pokemons as you can. This is still by far the fastest way to speed up the EXP gains and at no Pokeball cost. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for the latest news and updates about the "Pokemon Go" game!
