Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Divorce Battle Continues; 'Maleficent' Actress Says Pitt Did Commit Child Abuse

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still fighting each other for the custody of their children. It seems like Jolie still did not have a change of heart and mind, as she now allegedly stated that the Allied actor did commit child abuse.

According to a report from TMZ.com, Angelina Jolie stated that Brad Pitt commit child abuse and she will present evidence to the judge that he hurt their children in the past. Sources claimed that Jolie feels threatened for her kids if Pitt would be granted joint custody.

Jolie has filed for the primary physical custody of the six kids and Pitt has responded to it saying he wants custody too. Then, reports about child abuse came out saying it is the primary reason as to why she wanted to divorce Pitt. Jolie reportedly thinks the child abuse claims would help her get the sole custody of the kids.

"Angelina said from the beginning that she felt she had to take action for the health of the family and is relieved that after their 8-week involvement," an insider claimed. "The DCFS is now satisfied the safeguards are put in place that will allow the children to heal."

Fortunately, the child abuse investigation had been closed. It could possibly mean that Pitt's visitation to the kids will also be unmonitored. Perhaps, the ex-power couple will have to fight head-to-head before the divorce judge.

The representatives even stated that a legal agreement between Jolie and Pitt had been signed by both parties. As of now, Jolie still has the primary custody of their kids, while Pitt can visit them.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt dated while filming their movie together, "Mr. and Mrs. Smith." Rumors even claimed that Pitt cheated on his wife, Jennifer Aniston, as they were still married before the premiere of the said movie.
