'Grand Theft Auto 5' News & Updates: Here Are This Week's 'GTA Online' Special Offers!
It's another week, and with a new week comes a new set of sales and special bonus discounts on "GTA Online." Publisher Rockstar Games has announced the official slate of offers "Grand Theft Auto 5" players can find on the open-world online multiplayer mode, including payout bonuses in certain game modes.
Until December 8, the Drop Zone, Power Play, and Kill Quota Adversary modes in "GTA Online" will be paying out double GTA$ and RP, reports GameSpot. You're gonna want to get on that if you're still playing multiplayer on "Grand Theft Auto 5." In related news, Rockstar has also made Turbine this week's Premium race until December 7. Players who enter the race will get triple the amount of RP, while winners will win much more GTA$, although it's unclear if those cash bonuses are tripled as well.
As for this week's special discounts in "GTA Online," what seems to be Rockstar's Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale sees a lot of slashed prices for weapons, armor, vehicles, and properties in the game. Executive offices, decor, and customization options are all now half off. The Buzzard Attack Chopper is also half off, while the Pegassi Reaper, Vapid Desert Raid, and the Enus Windsor are 25% off. Sniper rifles, shotguns, and body armor also get a 25% discount this week.
In an update to the "GTA Online" Creator toolset, Rockstar Games has also added all the different stunt props from the Cunning Stunts update to the available customization tools for the different multiplayer modes. You can now put in stunt set pieces if you like to make custom Deathmatch, Last Man Standing, and Capture maps.
Meanwhile, there haven't been any new rumors coming out lately about "Grand Theft Auto 6." The viability so far of "GTA Online" means that it'll be a while longer before we get a new "Grand Theft Auto" game, as has been reported here in GamenGuide. Despite that, Rockstar Games is sure to be working on the next sequel already.
