Samsung Galaxy 8 is arriving in early 2017. This newest smartphone from the leading Korean tech company is expected to mark the company's comeback after experiencing failure with the release of the Galaxy Note 7.

Likewise, with the recall and discontinuation of the Note 7 units, the Samsung Galaxy S8 will now serve as the company's flagship phone. The unit is an Android device which was described as the most powerful smartphone to come from Samsung yet.

Now, prior to its official release, there have been reports that Samsung Galaxy S8 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor which was recently unveiled. Its internal storage measures 6GB of RAM and it is expandable up to 256 GB.

This size is quite remarkable and far from the Galaxy S7 which only has 4GB of RAM and 32 GB storage. What's more, based on leaked info for Samsung Galaxy S8, it will feature a more advanced hardware that offers extraordinary technology.

To be exact, the Samsung Galaxy S8 is said to be fitted with ultrasonic sensor for fingerprint detection through the glass. Another leaked detail is that the S8 will come with Viv, a really smart AI voice assistant similar to the ones used in Google and Apple systems.

In addition, leaked details suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S8 is going to be the company's biggest mobile unit to date. It was reported that it will be sporting a 6.2 inch edge to edge screen display. This means, the unit may be almost bezel-free.

Finally, sources shared that Samsung is likely to unveil the Samsung Galaxy 8 at the Mobile World Congress that is taking place in Barcelona, Spain. The event is set to begin on Feb. 27, 2017 and will end on March 2.

Samsung usually releases its latest products during tech events. Thus, many are guessing that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be one of the items that will be revealed during the MWC 2017.
