More drama is expected to happen in tonight's "Empire" Season 3 Episode 7 titled "What We May Be," as detailed by the brief synopsis just released. A perfectly planned dinner goes wrong while old videos will force Cookie to face some unresolved issues from her past.
In the upcoming "Empire" Season 3 Episode 7 which airs tonight, Cookie will be hosting a family dinner, something elaborate enough to impress a first time guest. Of course this could only mean one thing, the perfect setting for someone to ruin a perfectly fine dinner.
To make it happen, Cookie will enlist the help of Candace to stage the perfect dinner in "Empire" Season 3 Episode 7, reports Blasting News. It would be the first time she will be meeting Angelo's mother, so appearances of perfect grace should be at an all-time high while drama would be the last thing on her list. Thankfully, the dinner goes perfectly, that is until the unannounced arrival of Lucious with new wife and children in tow.
Meanwhile, "Empire" Season 3 Episode 7 is also expected to dig deeper into Cookie's past. Her son Jamal, while looking for some inspiration for his songwriting, will stumble upon some old family video footage of Cookie and her family, which he will then use.
However, "Empire" Season 3 Episode 7 spoilers predict that watching those old videos gets Cookie quite upset. Apparently, it will remind her of her complicated relationship with her father and siblings. She then tells Jamal to stop using the videos and adding that he has no right to dig the old stuff. But with her memories already triggered, the only thing left for her to do is to confront whatever issues that remain unsolved head on.
