Intel Update: Intel Core i3-7350K Specs and Geekbench Scores Leaked

According to Digital Trends, upcoming seventh-generation Intel Core i3-7350K processor would be unique from other Core i3 range because it would be unlocked and overclock-ready. This is the first time that Intel Core i3 processor will have the K designation.

Intel Core i3-7350K processor will be available in two cores and four threads. It will have Hyper-Threading support and a standard base clock speed of 4.2 GHz. Hot Hardware has added that Intel Core i3-7350K processor also features 4 GHz core clock, 4.2 GHz boost clock, 4 MB of cache and 91 W of TDP.

Intel Update: Intel Core i3-7350K Beats Core i5 Series?

Geekbench scores of Intel Core i3-7350K processor suggest that it beats every Intel Core i5 single- and multi-core processors in performance. Geekbench scores reveal that Intel Core i3-7350K processor put up a great performance with a single-core score of 5,137 and a multi-core testing of 10,048, respectively. These tests are performed on a system running a stock Intel Core i5-7350K processor on ASUS STRIX Z270H gaming motherboard with a 16 GB of DDR4 memory.

Overclock3d tests reveal that the Intel Core i3-7350K Geekbench scores are twice greater than fifth and sixth-generation Intel Core i5 series performance. It includes beating Core i5-6400 with 2.7 GHz base, 3.3 GHz boost, a single-core score of 3,586 and multi-core testing performance of 9,982, respectively. This shows that Intel Core i3-7350K processor has a much higher single-threaded CPU performance that is due to its CPU's high base and boost clock speeds.

Intel Update: Intel Core i3-7350K Price Lesser Than Core i5

The Intel Core i3-7350K processor is also cost-friendly. It would only retail for around $177 that is lesser than lowest-end and seventh-generation Intel Core i5 that cost for around $195.
