Teresa Giudice Latest News & Update: 'RHONJ' Cast Might Have To Go Back To Jail As Her Bankruptcy Case Reopens? More Details

It seems that the legal troubles of Teresa Giudice are not yet over. The reality TV star, who gained fame in "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and "Celebrity Apprentice" has already served her jail sentence and was released early this year. But it seems that more complications are coming for Giuduce as the bankruptcy case filed against her is now reopened.

The case of Teresa Giudice was actually settled two years ago, but on May of this year, the reality star dues her lawyer James Kridel. Giudice claims that Kridel is the reason that she was convicted and sent to jail buy giving her and her husband bad counsel.

James Kridel denies the allegations made by the "RHONJ" cast and calls her claims "absurd". He is now opposing the settlement, which may result to more problems for Teresa Giudice, given that she has no one to counsel her since her husband, Joe Giudice is in jail.

They both got charged and convicted at the same time, but their prison sentences were staggered so that either Teresa or Joe Giudice will be with their four daughters. Teresa was the first one to complete her sentence which lasted for a year, and now Joe is serving his 41-month sentence.

With Joe not there for Teresa at this moment, she is afraid that something bad will happen that will result to her being brought back to jail. She is desperate to have her family back again and wants to live normally with her children. Teresa Giudice has not made any statements about her new legal troubles.

Fans will remember that she has always claimed to be innocent of the charges against her and stated that she just followed what her husband wanted. Do you think that there is a possibility that Teresa Giudice will end up in jail once again? Share your thoughts and comments below.
