Apparently, the "Baby" singer has involved himself, again, in another unfavorable scene but this time, in Barcelona. A few years ago, Justin Bieber has become paparazzi's favorite because of his bad behavior. Because of this, he made an appearance on the Ellen DeGeneres show to apologize.
"I didn't want to come off arrogant or conceited, or basically how I've been acting the past year, year and a half. I'm not who I was pretending to be.", said, Justin Bieber.
