“Longmire” is based on “Walt Longmire Mysteries”, a novel written by Craig Johnson. Since the novel already exposed the relationship between Walt (Robert Taylor) and Vic (Katee Sackhoff), it is likely that the series will follow the romantic story.

A recent report claims it is possible that Walt broke up with Donna Monaghan (Ally Walker) in previous season because of the relationship with Vic in the season finale. Some say season 6 will be released in March 2017 and it will take place in Santa Fe, Pecos, Los Amos and Las Vegas. The biggest speculation is that Vic is pregnant, Walt will propose to her but she will reject him because she doesn’t want him to know about the pregnancy. The incident from season 5 episode 6 can be the beginning of the end including Irish mob and Ferg’s girlfriend. This theory suggests that she might be using Ferg for a bigger endgame.
According to Ecumenical News, in previous season Vic was assaulted in the river. It hasn’t been revealed yet if she is going to keep the baby or not. She might decide to raise the baby alone.
