Pig God, a Rank 10 S-Class Hero, is a large, obese with a thick layers of fats. He is first seen in Chapter 29 in the Manga and Episode 10 in the anime during the S-Class heroes association meeting. A powerful hero indeed as he was one of the S-Class Heroes in "One Punch Man."
In the events of S-Class heroes association meeting in "One Punch Man," he is seen eating hamburgers. This could describe him as a glutton and have a large appetite as he is holding a bag full of it. Also, Zombie man one of the S-Class heroes, is wondering how long would he keep on eating.
Having a large appetite and being a glutton is not the reason why they called him "Pig God" in "One Punch Man," it's his powers. The way he fight Mysterious Beings is by instantly Devouring them whole. The Mysterious Beings that he ate are Eyesight, The Great Food Tub and the weakened Evil Natural Water. He has an inhuman digestive system as when he said that he can digest the monster easily if he moves around after eating Eyesight,a medusa like monster who is much bigger than him.
He can even control his digestive system as shown in Web Comic Version of "One Punch Man" by devouring three A-Class heroes as a means of carrying them around without even digesting them. One of his abilities is that he has an immense strength as he can easily pass through buildings as a means of shortcut and shoving debris as large as him with only one arm.
He also has an impressive endurance as when Gums a big glutton monster did not manage to bite through him. Also, after he ate Evil Natural Water, the monster shoot high pressured water from the inside of Pig God stomach that pierces his skin until the monster is digested. Even though he is an Obese and the fattest hero seen in "One Punch Man," he has shown having a great speed as he can move quickly despite his injuries.
The name of "Pig God" really suits because of his powers and abilities. In the "One Punch Man" anime, no powers and abilities of Pig God was shown. But if season 2 will be released then we will see how amazing "Pig God" is.
