From time traveling to 1969 when they saved the history of man’s landing on the moon, the three time travelers are going back in time by 35 years in “Timeless” Episode 9. Wyatt (Matt Lanter), Lucy (Abigail Spencer) and Rufus (Malcolm Barrett) are time traveling to the Great Depression era when the notorious criminal pair of Bonnie and Clyde thrived.
The three are on the run with the Barrow gang. Their purpose in visiting that difficult time in history was to uncover the target of Garcia Flynn (Goran Visnjic) by first gaining the trust of Bonnie (guest Jacqueline Byers) and Clyde (guest Sam Strike) in “Timeless” Episode 9, according to spoilers from TVGuide.
Caught In Middle Of Heist
Agent Christopher is running after a lead in the present day which places the three time travelers at risk of being caught in the middle of a bank holdup in 1934. At the heist, Lucy recognizes the notorious criminal pair with whom they would join forces to discover Flynn’s next target for “Timeless” Episode 9.
In the American fiction drama series, Flynn, a master criminal and former NSA asset, stole the experimental time machine after he allegedly murdered his wife and child. The trio are then sent back in time also, using the prototype time machine, to capture Flynn who plans to change American history. While chasing Flynn across time, Lucy and Wyatt fall in love, according to Econotimes’ spoiler for “Timeless” Episode 9.
Bed Scene
Their attraction ended with Lucy and Wyatt, shown at the end of the trailer for “Timeless” Episode 9, lying in bed. Lucy telling Wyatt “There’s only one person for you in the whole world” could indicate Wyatt is still trying to recover from the earth of wife Jessica, while Lucy’s real focus is to get her sister back, indicating it was just s** the two had and there is likely no romance developing further, according to Econotimes.
“Timeless” Episode 9, titled “Last Ride of Bonnie & Clyde” would be shown on Monday, Dec. 5, on NBC in the U.S. and Global in Canada at 10 p.m., ET/PT and 9 p.m. CT.
