The Fosters Season 4B Spoilers, Air Date & Cast Updates: New Character To Spark Jealousy In AJ-Callie Relationship

When Freeform family drama "The Fosters" return for the second half of its fourth season next month, it will welcome a new character. "Pretty Little Liars" star Kara Rosyter has been confirmed to join the cast of the "The Fosters."

New female character

Royster will reportedly play the character of Dawn who is described to be a "flirtatious" girl who will cause rift and jealousy between Callie and her boyfriend AJ. The couple have had recent fights because of Aaron's presence in Callie's life.

Callie and AJ's relationship has been rocky since the beginning considering that Callie was formerly linked to her foster brother, Brandon. AJ also found out that she kissed Aaron while they were already together. Dawn will surely spice things up more with her presence in the lives of the couple.

Murder suspect

However, it was noted that the love life of Callie may not be a highlight in the second half of Season 4 because it will focus more on the main character's safety. The midseason finale wrapped up with Callie inside a car with a murder suspect.

There were also major cliffhangers for some of the characters of "The Fosters" including Brandon who received the news that he won't be going to Julliard. This was after he was caught taking the SATs for another student.

What will happen to Jesus?

Meanwhile, Jesus is fighting a life and death situation after he got punched by Nick on the head as the former was coming to the rescue of his twin sister, Mariana. It is still unknown what type of damage the knockdown caused to the vulnerable health status of Jesus.

"The Fosters" Season 4 could end by April 2017. It will also take the spot of "Pretty Little Liars" on Freeform. What are you looking forward to when "The Fosters" air next month?
