Ability Points (AP) are vital in "Final Fantasy XV." Adequate AP can give players' characters new skills in the Ascension Grid or level up the current ones. Players can also earn quick AP through the game's usual means.

AP can be earned from the usual things like leveling up, or finishing quests. According to Eurogamer, one can also earn AP for smaller deeds such as answering in specific ways during chat prompts or by fighting in a certain way. There are some little things however one can do to make sure you get AP more quickly.

Get Quick AP in "FFXV" by Defeating Enemies

When defeating an enemy, use blindside, parry, or warp strike. This will give the player 1 AP per enemy. If one sees an enemy in low health, smash Triangle/Y to hit them with a warp strike quickly.

Earn Quick AP in "FFXV" by Camping

A player earns 1 AP every time he Camps. However, this will not apply if it is still the same camp. Players need to move around various camps to earn quick AP.

Get Quick AP in "FFXV" by Completing Tours

In "FFXV," tours are side-quests that are small favors for the player's buddies. This pops up randomly the morning after camping. There is a number of these which is worth 20 AP each.

Get Quick AP in "FFXV" Through Skills

Aside from these bonuses, there several skills players can pick up in ascension. These skills will enable them to earn AP bonuses upon completing actions. Among them are Armiger Action and Armiger-Chain Reaction which gives 1 AP every time armiger and armiger chain are activated. Magic Action also gives 1 AP every time a spell is cast. Also, Angler Action rewards 1 AP when a fish is caught.

Another set of skills that give 1 AP includes Roadrunning for everyone and a quarter miles drive of Ignis. Also, Chocobump every time Chocobo was ridden, and Chocojockey every time a Chocobo race is won. Aside from these, there are driving bonuses like when Ignis drives and gets a sandwich; player earns 3 or 4 AP, according to Gamespot.

When these skills are acquired early, it will soon pay-off as the player progress in the game. Players will be doing a lot of action and "FFXV" rewards these generously.
