Fashion model and Alex Karev on "Grey's Anatomy Season 13" actor Justin Chambers is rumored to be leaving the show. The lead character is speculated to take the plea deal and be sent to jail to protect his love, Jo Wilson who is portrayed by Camilla Cuddington. Previously, Jo had also confessed to Alex why she could not marry him, according to report.
Apparently, the surgical resident is already married and has reportedly been hiding from her husband. It has further been revealed that Jo's husband was abusive to her in the past. In "Grey's Anatomy Season 13", the surgeon reportedly fears that her husband may track her down if she testified for Alex.
On that note, it is speculated that Alex may choose to go to jail to protect Jo. However, Meredith may convince Alex not to accept the plea deal and fight for his innocence.
