Samsung News & Update: Bendable Phones, Raised User's Eyebrows For Being Costly; Profitability Is Not A Reason For Its Manufacturing ?

For the past few months Samsung has been dealing with its tremendous painstaking reputation towards Galaxy Note 7. Because of this, Samsung is believed to be making ways to bring back the customer satisfaction and demand that they had before the Galaxy Note 7. Hence, reports say that Samsung has been eyeing for bendable phones.

Earlier in 2016, Galaxy X was reported to be one of Samsung's merchandise to be watched out in 2017. Following the Galaxy Note 7 scandal, Samsung has made a vow to its faithful users to become more cautious on its soon to be manufactured smartphones.

Thus, bendable phones could be coming next year and Samsung could be the first company to commercially launch this device. However, the idea of bendable phones isn't new to Samsung as it already showed off a prototype exactly the same as that way back in 2011.

Tech Radar further explained that "Samsung launched a concept video of a fully bendable (and transparent) mobile device that could fold out from a phone-sized screen to a tablet-sized one showing Samsung's ambitions for the technology." Hence, it's something that Samsung faithful users can look forward to.

According to reports, Galaxy X, which is believed to be the bendable phone, could be released sometime soon in 2017. It would have a foldable 4K display, so that the resolution would remain high while the phone is being folded.

However, Samsung is not sure whether it could have a market demand as Galaxy X is more costly. Because of this many users have raised their eyebrows.

But Samsung is said to have other reasons besides profits. "This is to improve its reputation because of the Note 7 disaster," Forbes reports.

What do you think of the bendable phones' concept? Will this improve Samsung's reputation beside profitability?
