"Destiny: Rise of Iron" players is in a for treat as the game is getting its holiday DLC called "The Dawning." This is actually a winter event that will surely get players extra excited because it brings many new things that can be experienced in the game.

"Destiny: Rise of Iron" The Dawning DLC has been confirmed to arrive next week. The winter event update will blend in the diverse cultural holiday that characters brought in to the Destiny universe.

What's in the Content?

The "Destiny: Rise of Iron" The Dawning DLC will offer new quests, challenges, game modes, weapons and bounties plus, it will present the return of the Sparrow Racing League. In addition, a new game mode called Strike Scoring will also be introduced.

The Sparrow Racing League was first introduced in 2015. Since it is back in "Destiny: Rise of Iron," as part of the winter event, it will feature new set of challenges designed to be played for the game's cooperative Strikes.

What's more, there will be two new tracks added through the "Destiny" The Dawning winter update. The first will be on Mercury while the other one will be on Earth.

In the "Destiny: Rise of Iron" The Dawning winter event, players will be able to modify their own Guardian characters by giving them new ornaments, gears, emotes, emblems and more. This modification is meant to give each characters a more personalized look.

Release Date

The "Destiny: Rise of Iron" The Dawning winter update an event that will span for three weeks. It will officially begin on Dec. 14 and will end on Jan. 3, 3017.

The Dawning DLC for "Destiny: Rise of Iron" was announced on PlayStation Experience 2016 which took place in Anaheim, California from Dec. 5 to 6. during the announcement, it was also revealed that the winter update will be free to all PlayStation 4 users.
