‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ Release Date, Gameplay, News & Update: Sequel Should Have Debuted Last Month And No One Noticed The Goof
“Red Dead Redemption 2” is official and set for release in 2017. Most welcome the news and cannot wait. With excitement in the air, it seems most overlooked the fact that Sony put up a goof on their end.
This has to do with the fact that on PSN, “Red Dead Redemption 2” was supposedly pegged for release last week (Nov. 23, 2016). Until now, no one really noticed the error and it took Sony to come out and admit that oversight, Gaming Bolt reported.
Understandably, the ones eager for “Red Dead Redemption 2” may have already conditioned their minds to a 2017 release. This was the official date announced by Rocsktar Games meaning most could care less about an improbable early release.
Just the same, the error over at PSN is a light dish on “Red Dead Redemption 2”, something that promises to append the Western open-world that came out back in 2010. Game versions for the PS4 and Xbox One are expected to be out with a PC version likely to follow afterward.
With a long way off, most are probably more concerned on what “Red Dead Redemption 2”. Some are saying that the Western era may be questionable in the modern times though it all depends on the one behind the game console. The best way to figure that out is to see first what Rockstar Games has up its sleeve. Trailers have come out but most want to see how the game is played for real.
As mentioned in a previous post, a potential first glimpse of “Red Dead Redemption 2” could have happened at the PlayStation Experience which took place last Saturday. Apparently, nothing came out so any leads to what the sequel could have to offer may be better off in 2017.
There are several annual events set next year where teasers or game release announcements could happen. That includes GamesCom 2017 in August and the Tokyo Game Show 2017 in September. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for more "Red Dead Redemption 2" news and updates!
