Finally, 2016 come to the month of December. Niantic seems to still have many surprises for Pokémon GO players this year. As players already know, the "Pokémon GO" Christmas Update event has already been confirmed, but according to other rumors it will not be only the only surprise this month for the game. From what people can see in the latest information and even by the latest events, the Christmas event promises to be spectacular with many rewards and ice Pokémon for the trainers. Imagine being able to capture the dreamed Lapras? But beyond this event, what should Niantic be preparing for the last month of the year?

Express UK had already revealed that the 2nd generation Pokémon would arrive on December 7th. However, the trainers are not very confident about this information about "Pokémon GO" Christmas update as there are many issues need to be resolved before the new Pokémon gets into the game.

The case of the legendary Pokemon in "Pokémon GO" Christmas update, who have not yet taken the stand. There's still a small chance this month, but it's hard to be. That is quite feasible, recent information that we will have a major update this December and with it may come the new Nearby system and also the expected trading system. Another feature that could make the faces too is the possibility of battling out of the gyms.

Furthermore, the additional 100 characters update has already players quite satisfied. Those new Pokemon are the monsters players have never seen before. It seems like, Niantic will also prepare for the additional promotion that involves those new characters. Therefore, it is expected that "Pokémon GO" Christmas update will make the use of new characters which have been available this week.
