Planet Earth 2 Latest Trailer: Leopard Versus Humans?

If fans thought Planet Earth 2 was scary and brutal before, they have not seen anything yet. Military grade thermal cameras were recently used on the upcoming episode of the show and fans can expect much scarier and more brutal images than ever.

According to Express UK, the upcoming episode will feature a leopard hunting. This time however, instead of showing ferocious animals going against each other, a leopard hunting a busy city center - where humans live - will be the main feature.

The news site claimed that the latest Planet Earth 2 trailer almost looks ghostly. With powerful big cats looking for the next prey in a city, who cannot feel chills? In addition, this is a city where 200 people have already been attacked by leopards.

The super sensitive cameras were able to pick up the slick moves of the leopards. In fact, it was able to show tactical these leopards are in stalking their prey, which will be featured on Planet Earth 2's upcoming episode.

The cameras showed how one leopard closed in on a family of feral pigs without even making any noticeable noise! Goosebumps will naturally be felt by viewers if they see this.

Sir David Attenborough will be the one to provide the narration of this scary Planet Earth 2 episode, which airs on Sunday. This is the last episode of the widely-watched nature series.

As viewers tune in to the black and white infrared and thermal photos of the leopard stalking and catching their prey on this episode, they will also be hearing Sir David Attenborough how these featured Planet Earth 2 creatures are equally prepared to harm and eat humans in the Indian metropolis. They have done so already and will probably continue to do so.

Sir David Attenborough on this Planet Earth 2 episode can be heard explaining, "Leopards have attacked almost 200 people here in the last 25 years." However, before anyone decides to change channel out of fear, the host will add, ""But humans are not their usual prey. These leopards are on the hunt for something else - pigs."

He will make it clear that although leopards can certainly not be house pets and are not afraid to harm humans, leopards prefer to hunt domestic animals, pigs included." People usually bring these animals to the city thinking no danger can befall them, but they are wrong.

Sir David Attenborough will be heard narrating that although pigs' families are often close and keep each other protected, they cannot do anything against a tactical and strong leopard. He will add how living in the city is actually the leopard's advantage.

"The ceaseless noise of the city plays to their advantage. It conceals their approach..." he explained.

The show is one of the most watchable and exciting nature shows yet. However, there are no shortage of criticisms, with many claiming the show is actually too gory and brutal for TV.

Telegraph UK recently reported that one brutal episode even had the producers defending the show out of worry that critics can lead to the cancellation of the Planet Earth 2 series.
