Amy Duggar and Dillon King started gleaning the limelight when "Marriage Boot Camp" trailer was shown a little more than a week ago. Rumors are rife that it was Dillon Amy was talking about in the reality show where she refers to being grabbed by her throat.
A little over a year ago, Amy Duggar and Dillon King had a rustic wedding at Arkansas. The two have been busy these days adjusting to life as a married couple. Aside from that, they just finished filming "Marriage Boot Camp." A story told by Amy about being abused and the rumors of an impending divorce was conveyed by the show.
When the clip about violence and divorce went public, fans were quick to show their concern for Amy Duggar and posted on the Duggar family's official Facebook page with pleas for Amy to get out. "If your husband choked you that's not love," one concerned follower wrote, urging her to cut the string of marriage with Dillon King ASAP.
Amy Duggar, on her Twitter account, clarified the circulating rumors and said that it wasn't Dillon King who abused her. It seems that the divorce issue is just a hoax as Amy also used the Facebook live chat to clear up the issue.
"Dillon and I are on cloud nine. We are really happy we learned how to communicate in a healthy way and we're completely in love with each other. We are in a very good place." Amy Duggar said, talking about her marriage with Dillon King.
Meanwhile, Amy Duggar talking about "Marriage Boot Camp", discussed to People recently that the reality show was a good eye-opener for the couple since it provided the opportunity for them to work out any relationship related issues. Amy shared that although they argue sometimes, her marriage with Dillon King was solid even before they joined the "Marriage Boot Camp."
The focus of Amy Duggar and Dillon King during the reality TV show was mainly on being able to communicate well with each other. Amy made no statement that their marriage was experiencing troubles leading to divorce.
