'Final Fantasy XV' Latest News & Update: Future DLC, Season Pass Hints At New Playable Characters, Cutscenes, Whole New Game & More!

"Final Fantasy XV" has been out for quite some time now, and it has been an undeniably great game since its release. However, just like any other game, it was initially plagued with bugs and glitches which Square Enix promised to address in future updates and expansions.

Future Updates

"Final Fantasy XV" will see some minor planned updates, which would include text fixes. There would also be the possibility for players to create their own characters. The overall gameplay would also be rebalanced by Square Enix. More cut scenes are planned for other "Final Fantasy XV" characters, such as Ravus, while others would later become playable.

To further enhance the game experience of "Final Fantasy XV" players, Square Enix will then bring in new free content, including new items, new bosses, limited time bounty hunts, and even a new game. The hinted new game would further expand the "Final Fantasy XV" universe, where players could bring in their characters, stats, and items from the current game. New items and game elements would be introduced to change the gameplay, including a god mode and a low level mode.

Season Pass Content

Perhaps one of the most anticipated updates for any game is the Season Pass content, and "Final Fantasy XV" would be no stranger to this. Expectedly, the game will gain new features and stories through this pack. There have now been tentative titles circulating for the Season Pass Content, including "FFXV Holiday Pack," "FFXV Episode Gladiolus," "FFXV Episode Prompto," "FFXV Episode Ignis," "FFXV Booster Pack," and "FFXV Expansion Pack: Comrades."

It can be recalled that the latest update of "Final Fantasy XV" was called the Crown Update, bringing in fixes and changes to the menu, the Regalia, the battle mode, and the field. Some scenes from "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" and "Final Fantasy XV Omen" were also included, after being previous cut due to their size.
