Sneaker fanatics will have something to add to their Christmas list as the Pharrell Williams x Adidas Stan Smith Mid Jacquard Pack 2.0 is coming out Dec. 14. The collaboration between "Happy" singer Pharrell Williams and Adidas features a floral design mid-cut sneaker that's sure to turn heads.
Two lovely colorways for the Pharrell Williams x Adidas Stan Smith Mid Jacquard
Pharrell's latest design for the Stan Smith Mid Jacquard provides two eccentric floral designs: Navy and White. Both colors refer to the sneaker's "background", but the most noticeable feature is the intricate stitched patterns that cover the entire footwear from heel to toe. The design screams Pharrell all the way, which is probably why you'll see his name in the heel part of the footwear.
Pharrell Williams released a similar low-cut version of the Jacquard last year for Adidas' Spring/Summer collection. The Pharrell Williams x Adidas Originals Jacquard Pack looked very similar to this new version and also came in white and navy colorways.
Price and release date
The Pharrell Williams x Adidas Stan Smith Mid Jacquard will be sold online and in retail stores come Dec. 14 and will sell for $220. The dainty floral design is said to be handpicked by the artist himself while visiting the famed fabric district of Marché Saint Pierre in Paris, France.
More Pharrell x Adidas collaborations
Williams started working with Adidas in March, where he helped the company launch "Supercolors", which features 50 Pantone colors of the Adidas classic, the Superstar. A few months later, the brand launced the Pharrell x Adidas NMD in its Human Race collection. In addition to footwear, Pharrell also contributed to the Hu clothing line from Adidas, which features shirts, skirts and bags.
