“General Hospital” spoilers for the week of December 12 reveal that Jason (Billy Miller) discovers that Sonny (Maurice Benard) slept with Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and will threaten to tell Carly (Laura Wright) about it. Meanwhile, Nelle promises Sonny that she will keep quiet for now.
A new big bad
Nelle will get closer to Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell) says "General Hospital" spoilers. Falling in love with him though might interfere with her plans. Jason and Curtis (Donnell Turner) will continue working on their case. Following a new lead will take them to a dark place and they will be put in a dangerous situation. This might be the doing of the new villain in Port Charles and he is the same person responsible for the car bombing that killed Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).
Liz scared of Franco’s violent side
According to “General Hospital” spoilers, Liz (Rebecca Herbst) will confide to Griffin (Matt Cohen) about her true feelings for Franco (Roger Howarth). She gets scared with his violent side. Also this week, Franco and Kiki (Hayley Erin) work together to trap Liz’ rapist. Using Kiki as bait, Franco will lure in Tom Baker (Don Harvey) and then locks him inside a cage. Then, Franco toys with him and scares him senseless before letting him go. Liz will beg Franco to leave Tom alone but he just wouldn’t. This is maybe what Liz will talk about with Griffin.
More questions than answers
“General Hospital” spoilers for the week also say that Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) is coming to see Julian (William deVry) since she was able to get some information about the two crimes connected to him. At the end of her visit however, Julian has more questions for her than answers. Ava (Maura West) will insist to Julian to let Alexis (Nancy Grahn) go but he will not listen.

Valentin (James Stuart) confesses to Lulu (Emme Rylan) that Charlotte is their child. Laura (Genie Francis) is shocked by the revelation and advises Lulu. But, Dante (Dominic Zamrogna) is not too sure about Charlotte.
Nina (Michelle Stafford) will not be happy with Lulu spending the day with Charlotte. She warns Valentin to watch over Lulu closely.
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) gets a major flashback on her past meeting with Valentin when she hears a song,
Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is getting worse because of her disease and Hamilton (Michael Easton) scrambles to find the cure that will save her. He will find a new inspiration on something and he will do everything he can to save Hayden’s life.
