Balfe recently shared that she enjoys her time with Heughan, because they share lots of similarities and interests. Both of them have so much fun as they work together in the series."We get along really well, we're both quite childish, we have a ridiculous sense of humor," Balfe said.
But, it is bad news that Balfe and Heughan are just friends and they are not dating each other. Balfe said they are just close friends who respect each other very much. According to a report from Variety, Balfe and Heughan will be reuniting soon, as their characters rekindle romance. The two had been filming episodes seprately because of the challenges that their relationship had to face when Balfe's Claire traveled in time.
The upcoming series of "Outlander" is based on the book of Diana Gabaldon called Voyager. As of now, the release date is yet to be announced, but it is expected to air next year. Even the producers of the show are excited for the reunion of Heughan's Jamie and Balfe's Claire.
