The story revolves around examining the body of an unidentified woman by two father and son coroners played by Brian Cox and Emile Hirsch. After the police discovered her body, they took it to the father and son coroners Austin and Tommy that will experience supernatural involvement during examination. The body of Jane Doe is being examine due to mysterious cause of death that will give bizarre clues to her terrifying secrets in the film "The Autopsy of Jane Doe".

A very scary film indeed and just by watching the trailer of "The Autopsy of Jane Doe" will really give you goosebumps. In the trailer we will see some supernatural events that will happen during the autopsy. One of them is that the lights keep blinking and a ghostly monstrous figure also appear.

Emile Hirsch even went to the Los Angeles County Morgue, one of the biggest morgue in the world, in his 30th birthday. Emile Hirsch really want to prepare himself for the film that he mentioned that this experience is life changing.

Emile Hirsch even called the director Andre Ovredal immediately and mentioned that if the director manage to captured one-tenth of what he experience, it would be the most shocking movie ever.
