"Timeless" Season 1 has successfully captivated the viewers' penchant for adventure as the show garnered a hot 7.597 million on its premiere on October 3, 2016. Although, there are several series in the same "time travel" genre, the show has jutted its way to bring a special kind of reception from its audience.
Like any other show, "Timeless" Season 1's rating fell to 5 million, which means more than 2 million slipped from its hold during its December 5 showing. With the entry of Annie Wersching in the cast, the producers are hopeful to bring in a new attraction. In a report by TVLine, the Fox 24 alum will play the character of Emma Whitmore who has connections with Flynn.
"Timeless" Season 1 is an American science fiction drama that chronicles the adventures of three people who travel back in time to change American history. According to TVseriesfinale, "Timeless" Season 1 brings the viewers back in time as the trio time-travellers try to prevent the master villain Garcia Flynn (Goran Višnjić) from destroying the events of America's past. Other characters of the show are Connor Mason (Paterson Joseph), Agent Denise Christopher (Sakina Jaffrey) and Jiya (Claudia Doumit). The creators of the series are Shawn Ryan and Eric Kripke and the producers are John Davis and John Fox.
In Episode 10 of "Timeless" Season 1, the trio had joined forces with Flynn in 1780 when he knew how to stop the brutal Rittenhouse from controlling the events. There's a twist that surprises viewers as Lucy is taken by Flynn. There is no clue where she has been taken and until when will she be hidden, until the next episode's unfolding.
