Madam Secretary season 3 finale is on Sunday and there is a lot in store for fans. Madam Secretary episode 10 is entitled "The Race," and will feature US Secretary of State, Elizabeth McCord being tested to her limits.
The episode will show how the forthcoming US presidential elections affect the war between Israel and Iran, and ultimately the whole world. It can be recalled that Iran was worried that presidential candidate Governor Sam Evans might win the elections and no longer deal with them, calling off all agreements. Governor Evans had never hide his plans after all.
According to the Madam Secretary season 3 episode 10 synopsis, Elizabeth will struggle to negotiate with both countries. This is because despite the conciliation she carried out, an Israeli terrorist group attacked Iran's plane and shot it down. This left Iran in red alert, plotting how to exact revengece and plot for vengeance against Israeli. It remains to be seen if Elizabeth can even make the two countries talk peace.
Madam Secretary season 3 spoilers have it that there is a major character who will die before the show bids goodbye for a while. Will it be Russell Jackson (Zeljko Ivanek)? His sudden collapse on the previous installment due to a heart attack can be fatal. The season finale will certainly devote a chunck of the episode to showing the fate of Jackson. Meanwhile, as Madam Secretary season 3 finale nears, the question that fans are now asking is whether it will return for season 4. According to Release Date website, there is every reason to expect that it will be renewed for another season. Both its viewership and ratings are still holding strong. No official confirmation of this however, has been given by CBS.
