Jeremy Lin Latest Injury Update: Back Tightness Keeping Brooklyn Nets Guard From Playing

Nets fans remain curious about what lies ahead for Jeremy Lin since the basketball star has been absent for a couple of weeks now. Due to Jeremy Lin's injury, many speculate that it might take time for the athlete return on the court.

The popular guard for the Brooklyn Nets was previously injured during a game against the Detroit Pistons. Since the game, which took place last November 2, Jeremy Lin has yet to get back to playing basketball. Reports indicated that he suffered from hamstring injury when he landed incorrectly on his left foot. With that, Jeremy Lin, along with the whole team, is hoping for a speedy recovery in order to get back on the basketball court.

Though it was stated that the Brooklyn Nets have already started practicing, the most recent update regarding Jeremy Lin stated that his injury will be re-evaluated soon to determine if he is fit to play once again. The general Manger of the Brooklyn Nets, Sean Marks, explained that Jeremy Lin is recovering well and is currently part of their practice sessions.

Nevertheless, Marks revealed that Jeremy Lin's injury remains an unfortunate event for the whole team. "I don't know if there's been a whole lot of disappointment, I think one would clearly be the unlucky injuries, namely losing Jeremy (Lin) with the hamstring," Marks said in an interview with the Brooklyn Nets presented on Facebook Live.,

With that, fans should not expect to see Jeremy Lin in the upcoming games as he is still faced with some discomfort. It was stated that Lin has tightness on his lower back, which is why he still needs time to heal before joining a game. In the meantime, fans can keep updated with how the Brooklyn Nets are doing by watching their upcoming games on NBA Stream.
