'Outlander' Season 3 Star, Caitriona Balfe Missed Sam Heughan; Claire Will Be Seen In Different Ages
Fans of the "Outlander" season 3 have been waiting for more updates about Sam Heughan's Jamie and Caitriona Balfe's Claire. Balfe has been generous enough to give the audience some spoilers about the third season of the show.
The leading lady of "Outlander" season 3, Caitriona Balfe allegedly missed her on-screen lover, Sam Heughan. Balfe spills more and new details about the upcoming season of the Starz drama.
"I have been filming a lot of Boston with Brianna [played by Sophie Skelton," Balfe said in an interview with PEOPLE.com. Balfe even stated that some parts of Glasglow in Scotland serves as a double of Boston. Some of the west end also serves as the exteriors. The beautiful actress shared that she and the rest of the characters are currently filming the sixth and seventh episode of the season. She also said that they are halfway done the eight episode.
Although, she is aware about the earlier part of the season 3 story, Balfe claimed that she still has no idea about how the story of Jamie and Claire would end. She unveiled that she has some ideas about the future of the show, since she read the book, but the TV story will still depend on the writers of the TV series.
Balfe and Heughan shot some of the first few episodes away from each other. This is the reason why fans are asking if they missed each other at all.
"We have shot a little out of order, so Sam and I have shot one episode together. So [this week] Jamie and Claire will be together from now on. So Sam and I will be on set together as we go forward," Balfe stated.
Balfe claimed that Claire will be seen in her 40's, 50's and even 60's as the show goes on. But, she will be going back through the stones once more.
The "Outlander" season 3 actress, Caitriona Balfe had been nominated for the Golden Globes this year and she remained a hardworker despite all of the recognitions she received. Meanwhile, Sam Heughan's fans are also hoping that the actor will be recognized by the huge organizations in the future too.
