“Dark Souls 3” trailer for the last DLC “The Ringed City” is finally out. In the trailer, the release date of the final DLC is announced which will be on March 28 of this year. In addition, players got a sneak peek of the new weapons and spells to look forward of in the upcoming update.
Every update of The “Dark Souls 3” has always exceeded the expectation of their loyal gamers and the final DLC did not disappoint them according to a Gamerant report. It is the third and last installment of the game and the trailer gives its players some quick shots of the new content including a glimpse of a big boss.
The trailer also featured scenes showing a new long lost city called Ringed City to explore as mentioned in a report from Polygon. It is filled with unexpected horrors that players must overcome including ancient beast and a huge winged gargoyle. Of course, the game also includes new characters and weapons to help the players go through the new challenges.The upcoming update will cost players $14.99 but will be free if they have the game’s season pass. Early birds get extra perks as they will get the new update as soon as its ready for launching.
The last expansion of the game was launched three months ago and fans were very happy with it. The game was first introduced in March of 2016 and became the fastest-selling game in the history of Bandai Namco. It sold more than three million units all over the world within two months from its release. It can be played on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Microsoft Windows console.
Today, the game is rumored to be produced in a virtual reality game and a sequel but nothing has been finalized yet. Until then, fans have the final DLC to keep them busy for a time.
