Project Scorpio Features: Xbox Boss, Phil Spencer Shares Experience Playing The Console First Time

Phil Spencer has recently announced on twitter that he's really happy with the development of Project Scorpio, which is now gaining more attention in the gaming world. Project Scorpio is Microsoft's biggest project this year, and set to be released 2017. Although there is no release date yet, however, the Xbox boss is confident on the team's ability to build the system.

Gamenguide reports that the Xbox Scorpio was labelled "the beast" by Xbox marketing boss, Aaron Greenberg. In line with this, Microsoft is committed to provide gamers with a powerful console better that the previous ones. The console will have 8 cores, 320Gb memory, and six teraflops that will accommodate 4k gaming. With this features, Project Scorpio is reportedly 4 times powerful than the other Xbox counterparts.

Furthermore, with Project Scorpio, Microsoft is hoping that it can set its standard higher and bring the Xbox consoles to the next level, and provide gamers with a unique gaming experience. Previously, Sony's PlayStation 4 took the lead, and obtained more than 50 million units sold, compared to Microsoft's Xbox which only sold 26 million units.

With this year's Project Scorpio, Microsoft is certain that gamers will notice the performance advantage of Scorpio over Sony's PS4 Pro. While the console has not been released, Microsoft is now labelling it as the most powerful console ever made.

Microsoft is confident about Project Scorpio. GameSpot reports that Phil Spencer has shared his experience in playing the console for the first time, and he's really happy with the development. Furthermore, he's proud of the team who worked so hard to make the system better, innovative and successful in every way. Stay tuned for more Gamenguide update.
