"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" recently rolled out its first huge free update that added a new stage to the game. In addition, the developers also introduced new characters to recruit to the party. The free update was announced in Japan in December last year, and now Bandai Namco revealed the same update to North American gamers since March 14.

Two More DLCs Coming To The Game

It should be noted that "The Warriors of the Sky" update will bring the new stage, Stalvatos Ruins with new areas to explore. Also joining the party is Seven and Rain from "Sword Art Online: Lost Song," Siliconera reported. Furthermore, a new Duel System has been added for good old-fashioned PVP matches.

"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" players may face other players or monsters to receive buffs, prizes, treasure chests and other rewards. Aside from the free update, two additional free downloadable content packs are also set to be made available on the PlayStation Network Store for download. The first DLC, "Lord of Inferno" will see players challenging a powerful raid boss in the Stalvatos Ruins post-completion of Warriors of the Sky. The second DLC, "Missing Chest" is more on finding a missing treasure chest that appears in Teleport Plaza, enabling gamers to exchange gold pieces for special items.

Meanwhile, the two "Sword Art Online: Alicization Arc" characters Alice Synthesis Thirty and Eugeo are slated to join four games. Bandai Namco revealed the announcement at the recent Dengeki Game Festival 2017. Ai Kayano will be the voice of Alice Synthesis Thirty while Nobunaga Shimazaki will voice Eugeo, Gematsu reported.

"Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization" on both PS4 and PS Vita will get the characters in the third paid DLC "Chapter 3: The One Who Resists God" as well as in "Accel World VS. Sword Art Online" via paid DLC. iOS and Android gamers may now see the two as scoutable characters in the "Alicization" chapter of "Sword Art Online: Memory Defrag" while "Sword Art Online: Code Register" will see the characters in late March.
