In Five Nights at Freddy's: Security Breach, players need to survive a night inside the Pizzaplex by evading several security bots that are patrolling in its several areas, as well as defeating the animatronic mascots in order to progress in the game.
Aside from that, they will also encounter lots of easter eggs and secret rooms, which they can unlock after doing several tasks or collecting several items.
One of which is a secret room within the Daycare that has the Balloon World arcade machine. But in order to have an access to the said room, they need to have a Faz Camera, as well as to pinpoint the cutouts that are scattered in the Pizzaplex.
How to Unlock the Secret Daycare Room
In order for them to have access to the Secret Daycare room, and play the Baloon World arcade machine inside, they need to found the aforementioned cutouts inside the Pizzaplex first.

But first, they need to find where the door for that room is, which according to Gameranx, it is in the Daycare Theater.
To go there, according to ZaFrostPet's YouTube video, they must first take an elevator, then they will go down towards the ground floor. Once they are in the said floor, they will run to their left until they spot a door below the "Superstar Daycare Pick-Up" sign.
Once they are inside, they will follow the path until they have reached the starting point of the tube slide, which will lead them towards the play pen. Then, they will travel around the said play pen until they reach the entrance of the theater.
They will need to travelling inside the said theater until get to the backstage, where they will come across a set of stairs going up.
They will take said stairs until they saw a poster of "Captain Foxy's Pirate Adventure," which has glowing eyes. This will act as their guide to what cutouts they need to see in order to unlock the hidden door behind it.
For the first cutout, according to IGN, they will need to go right of the entrance of the Monty's Gator Golf. From there, they will look for a sea-themed attraction. In that area, they will look for a lighthouse, then they will look opposite of it.
There they will see a cardboard cutout of the Mermaid Chica, which does a poser similar to that in the poster. Once they saw the said cutout, they will take a picture of it using the Faz Camera.
Afterwards, they will go to the main stage in the atrium, then towards the rehearsal room, where they first accessed when they got the Backstage Pass.
From there, they will to travel towards the Green Room corridor. Once they are in the area, they will need to find a save point, and right next to it is a cutout of Pirate Freddy. After taking a picture of him, they will now go to the third cutout.
The said cutout is in the West Arcade, which is right at the end of the corridor where they are chased down by the Music Man during the 5:00 AM phase of the game.
Once they are in the said arcade, they will search the Princess Quest II arcade machine. Then, they will look to its left until they saw the cutout of Pirate Bonnie, which they need to take a photo.
For the last cutout, they will need to go back to the Daycare. Once they are in the location, they will head down the stairs at the end of the balcony, then they will follow the path ahead down a second set of stairs.
Afterwards, they will look for the double doors that are at the back, revealing the backstage basement area where they first got the Mazercise key and encounter the Endos. They search the area until they will saw the final cutout, which is the Pirate Foxy, and take a picture of him.
Once they took the photos of all the four cutouts, they will go back to the poster in the Daycare Theater's backstage, and they will notice a door replacing it.
Inside the said room, they will saw a small hole in the wall to their right. They will enter said hole to find a room that has lots of collectibles inside. In its corner is the Balloon World arcade machine, which you need to play in order to unlock the "Up Up and Away" in-game trophy.
