In Icarus, players need to gather resources, craft tools, items and equipment, build shelters, and hunt animals for food in order to survive.
Aside from that, they will need to clear a series of Prospect Missions, where they need to explore different biomes to complete several tasks.
Once of which is the "Seven Pillars: Scan" Prospect Mission, where they need to go to the Desert biome in order to collect the radars and set them up in separate scan locations.
Preparation
Much like other Prospect Missions, players need to prepare the tools and items that they will need to use in the "Seven Pillars: Scan" mission.

According to eip.gg, they need to craft a bow with its arrows and a knife, all of which they can will use to hunt for food, as well as an axe and a pickaxe to harvest materials and resources.
If they unlocked a higher Tier in the game's tech tree, they can craft said tools with better materials like metals such as steel.
They will also need to craft parts for the temporary shelter, either Wood or Thatch, such as the walls and floors, as well as ladders, bedrolls to establish spawn points, cloth armor for additional defense, and waterskins to store water considering that fact that it will be scarce in the Desert biome.
Once they have prepared everything, they will jump in to the dropship, where they will accept the aforementioned Prospect Mission.
Clearing the Prospect Mission
Once they accept the said mission, according to FleXGamingAU's YouTube video, they will be dropped in an area within the point B9.
From there, they will need to gather wood for the campfire and additional parts for their temporary shelter from the trees that are around the dropship, while hunting wild animals for food.
Then, they will walk few meters away from the dropship until they will saw a Supply Crate that contains the Radar, the key item for the mission.
After getting the item, and putting it in their inventory, they will go to the first scan location which is above a rock formation within D12. As they are traversing towards the area, they will encounter wild animals such as cougars, hyenas, and elephants, which they need to kill for food.
They will also need to build their temporary shelter, and set up the bedroll, which will act as a spawn point, as well as the campfire to cook the meat that they have. Once they are well-rested enough, they will continue to run towards the said scan location.
Once they are on the said rock formation, they must build the floors that will act as platforms and place their crafted ladders in order to climb towards the location, where they need to set up and activate the radar. As it starts to scan the area, they will need to defend it against attacking cougars while waiting for it to finish.
After it scanned the area, they will get the radar, and move towards the second scan location, which is on top of a big rock that is at the center of a lake within A13. Once they are in the area, they will swim towards the rock, and build the ladders that they will need to climb towards the top of it.
Much like in the first scan location, they need to set up and activate the radar in the location, and defend it while it is scanning.
Once the radar is finished scanning, they will get it, and travel towards the third and final scan location within C14, which is an open field. Once they are in the area, they will set up the radar, activate it, and then defend it from the elephants that are trying to attack it.
Afterwards, they will get the radar, and move towards the drop-off zone to get in the dropship to complete the Prospect Mission.
