Whether it is in the news or in crime documentaries and fictional TV series, we have seen people, both real and fictional, try to break free from prison many times. It may seem like an impossible task, but some have successfully done it.

If you have ever wondered what it is like to break from a heavily guarded prison, today's #SteamSpotlight featured game can give you an idea what it is like.

Here is what you have to know about A Way Out:

#SteamSpotlight Feature: A Way Out

Developed by Hazelight and published by Electronic Arts (EA), A Way Out is actually an exclusively co-op game, according to its Steam page. The game lets "play the role of one of two prisoners making their daring escape from prison."

Players can expect a variety of gameplay when they try A Way Out. There is a lot of running and fighting that players have to do, but there is also a lot of sneaking, driving, and even some fishing along the way.

You can watch the gameplay trailer for the game below:

Two-Person Co-Op Experience

As previously mentioned, A Way Out is a co-op game and it actually requires two players. A player gets to play the role of either Leo or Vincent.

According to the EA website, Leo is described as an inmate who is not the type to make friends. He is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. On the other hand, Vincent has not been an inmate for very long, but he is already more than ready to get out of prison.

Teamwork is of high importance when playing A Way Out and the two players must work together in order to solve puzzles that they will come across.
