The Best Foods Players Can Cook in LEGO Fortnite

LEGO Fortnite has been a smash hit ever since it was released not long ago. Unlike the frenetic battle royale game mode that you may have already been accustomed to, LEGO Fortnite takes on a different approach. It is actually a survival crafting game set in the world of Fortnite using cutesy "LEGO" characters.

That said, the game uses a "Hunger" mechanic where you have to give yourself some nourishment from time to time in order to survive. You can do this by feeding yourself some simple foods like pumpkins and raspberries. However, there are also foods that you can eat that give even more bonuses, which are helpful when you go on a more challenging adventure.

In this guide, you will learn about the best foods that you can cook in LEGO Fortnite.

How to Cook Foods

Before you can cook up a storm, you will need to build three different structures. These are the Grill, Juicer, and Oven.

The Grill is the most important early on, so we will start with that. In order to build this, you need to have 30 pieces of Granite. Granite can be found readily in the world. Just look for rocks and interact with them in order to get some. After you have enough Granite, bring up the Village Menu and go to the "Utility" section, then choose the appropriate option to get things rolling.

The Juicer requires eight Planks, eight Marble Slabs, and five Knotroot Rods. Planks can be gotten from the Lumber Mill by spending Wood. If you do not know, the Lumber Mill can be built by using eight pieces of Wood and 15 pieces of Granite. Anyway, to obtain some Marble Slabs, equip an Uncommon Pickaxe, which can be crafted from a rare workbench using three Knotroot Rods and a few Bones. Next, go inside any cave in LEGO Fortnite and search for huge white rocks.

With the pickaxe in hand, interact with the rock to start farming some Marble Slabs. For the Knotroot Rods, you need to equip an Uncommon Forest Axe. This can be crafted on your workbench with three Wooden Rods and three Bones. Then, head to any cave and look for knotted roots. Go close, interact with them, and you will have some in your inventory. With all of these materials with you, go to the Utility section again and craft the Juicer anywhere you want.

The Oven can be crafted later on in the game and it requires you to have eight Brightcore, 15 Copper Bars, and 35 Obsidian Slabs. The Brightcore can be found inside the caves in the desert. Copper Bars can be crafted in the Metal Smelter using one Copper and two pieces of Brightcore. For the Obsidian Slabs, you will need its base ingredient, Obsidian. It can be farmed from the caves found in desert biomes. Once you have enough, you can interact with the Stone Breaker to create the Obsidian Slabs. With all of the necessary pieces in hand, open up the Utility section and choose the Oven from there.
