Sony has released the list of the best-selling PSN titles in North America across its platforms for the month of April, ranking the games by units sold (but not including the actual number of units moved).
MLB 14: The Show Rebuilt For PS4, Available Now
The lists for PS4 and PS3 are differ pretty significantly, with Ubisoft's physics-based motorbike title Trials Fusion taking the top spot on the new console and the PS3 edition of Minecraft leading the way on the other.
A balance of indie games and those form major publishers balance out the lists, which is good to see. It's a pretty mixed list, and some of the titles on there might surprise you. It would also be nice to have specific sales numbers for each game, but we should hear eventually how many some of these sold.
