If you were experiencing some problems with the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, then the latest Update 1.4 should resolve the issue. Bethesda announced that the update will improve on the lagging and A.I. Fixes also will apply to a number of quests that require some patching.
The infamous Rim Lag will be dealt with as gamers on the PlayStation 3 console reported that memory and performance is effected after long extending playing times. The update addresses the issue with improved play optimization and addresses issues with backwards dragons and the inability to equip Wabbajacks.
The update followed up shortly after Bethesda released the Skyrim Creation kit. The downloadable tools allow gamers to create original content such as custom characters, quests, and world landscapes. New features include a scene editor where interactions with non playable characters can be customized with higher resolution graphics and custom dialog.
The Creation Kit is sure to make the modding process easier and user friendly. The new releases are sure to increase the shelf life of Skyrim and give developers and players an improved gaming experience.
