Dark Knight Rises Actors Reveal Details into Nolan's 'Great Ending'

The Dark Knight Rises is soon coming to theatres in July and the hype is already on as to whether the movie will be able to break its own record for The Dark Knight.

Recently, a new leaked image of Bane was revealed by the Total Film Magazine during an interview with Christian Bale and Tom Hardy. The image showed Bane in his mask.

"The close-up image offers an unparalleled look at his freaky facewear. Part Hannibal Lector mask, part Predator mandible and wholly unlike the lycra luchador look he sported in the comic, it's destined to make the character an instant icon," writes Total Film.

Tom Hardy, who plays the role of Bane, revealed his experience of wearing the mask during the interview with Total Film Magazine.

"It's not as bad as you might think. You just put it on. Work out where you drool goes. That's it. Mask work is good fun. This one wasn't painful; there was the stunt mask and there was the up-close on for the sexy glam shots," said Tom Hardy during an interview with Total Film Magazine.

In the finale chapter of the trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises is set eight years after "The Dark Knight" and features new characters such as Selina Kyle aka Catwoman, played by Anne Hathaway.

"It's an incredible role. It's one of the most famous comic-book characters for a woman. But, also, it's Catwoman In this franchise. It's hard to talk about Selina Kyle because she's intensely private and mysterious. She has her own ethics, which can involve doing things other people might consider questionable," said Anne Hathaway and as reported in Flicksandbits.

Selina Kyle, may both be Bruce Wayne's ally and love interest.

The film's main hero, Batman aka Bruce Wayne, will see a grand finale to his character's story development.  Director Christopher Nolan promises that the final chapter in his Batman trilogy will bring closure to the caped crusader's legendary tale.

"Our telling of the Batman legend has always been centered on Bruce Wayne's story," said Nolan in an interview with Total Film.

"We somewhat left the audience hanging at the end of the last film in terms of Bruce's story and we want to bring it full circle and have a complete tale. We've a great ending we've been wanting to tell for some years now. We're just thrilled to have been able to bring our story around to its conclusion," added Nolan.

Chris Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises" is one of the most anticipated movies this year.  Fans will see new villains, characters, vehicles, and challenges for the caped crusader as it all come to life on July 20.

"We have to give the audience something they haven't seen before, but also fulfill their expectations of what they enjoyed in the first two films. That's the tricky balance. With a sequel there is always the challenge of trying to meet or indeed exceed expectations," said the Dark Knight Rises director.
