"Farmville" became the third most popular Facebook game, providing much success to its developer, Zynga. However, there have been rumors that a possible new game called "Big Harvest," will be a sequel to the very popular online.
"Farmville" was developed by Zynga in 2009 and quickly grew to become a very popular game on Facebook. It involved players turning an empty farm into a cultivated farm of their own, by harvesting crops and earning XP (experience points) as the game pursues.
According toTechCrunch.com, Zynga declined to comment on "Big Harvest," instead stating, "We don't comment on what we may or may not be working on. What we can tell you is that we're always looking for ways to bring players the best experience by listening to their feedback and continuously innovating on our games."
It will be interesting to see what will become of "Big Harvest" as time goes on and more information is released. Fans of "Farmville" will definitely have something to look forward to, that's if Zynga can pull of a successful sequel launch.
