While Jasmine was not the most action oriented of Disney princesses, she gets the combative overhaul in the game. Soaring, tumbling, freewheeling. Like a star that shoots through the sky, she will certainly have gone the distance.
Joining Jasmine is the flying carpet (did it ever get an official name?). The high princess of Agrabah can summon desert winds to keep enemies at bay. Jasmine will be joining a variety of Disney fan favorites, including the popular Marvel Super Heroes, and hundreds of themed items, locations, props, vehicles and more to create all-new adventures born from the imagination of players.

Disney also released a new "live action" commercial that pulls on so many heartstrings that it would have singlehandedly won the Superbowl for everyone involved. A despondent Aladdin figure waits patiently for a companion piece that never seems to come. Until the inevitable, uber Disney end and oh god, I'm getting misty just thinking about it.
