The game that has dominated the gamers' world is rumored to bring new and fresh challenges for its game time. It has also been speculated that the game would incorporate new locations such as traversing Colombia or Nevada after hitting Tokyo.
According to the report rendered by Design & Trend, "Work on the newest Grand Theft Auto game involves rumors that it will take place in another country and the change would be typical of the pioneering Rockstar Games since the series pushed the limits of gaming on several fronts."
The same post further cited that GTA began the infamous sandbox, or open-world, style wherein there are much diversity and any players are given the freedom to choose what style and concept to integrate.
On a different note, despite the aims of the developers to bring about new challenges and new upgrades, there are still way too many hurdles to overcome. In a post from Tech Radar, it revealed, "Rockstar visited the Japanese capital several years ago to assess its potential for a full GTA game, but ultimately pulled the plug on the idea, according to a source close to the company."
It stands out that before Rockstar implement new games or develops new games, it makes preparations for it. It usually makes reference trips to take images, know the culture, meet people and locals, and basically experience the area with their own eyes.
Nevertheless, it goes without saying that Rockstar has considered Tokyo, Nevada, and Colombia as its destinations for its game. The same report added that Rockstar was dead serious on the scheme of making a Tokyo version but the road system was forecast to be challenging and eventually was rumored to stop the development.
Moreover, it can be noted that for the fans and followers of the GTA series, the game has always been unpredictable and it remains to be seen on whether "Grand Theft Auto 6" would incorporate the regions of Colombia, Nevada and Tokyo.
On the other hand, it has already been affirmed that "Grand Theft Auto 6" is currently being worked on despite the unconfirmed locations and that is more than enough for now to satiate the fans and followers of this much-acclaimed game.
