LG Unveils 2016 OLED TV Line Led By Price-Friendly OLED 4K TV Sets

LG has added new models to its growing line of OLED TVs in the market, including reasonably priced ones such as the flat-panel B6 and curved-panel C6 series TV variants.

The flat-panel LG OLED 4K TVs available in the B6 series will offer 55 and 65 inch model variants and priced at $3,999 and $5,999 respectively. The curved C6 variants have been offered with the same screen-sizes and prices as well. All the models in mention will support high dynamic range (HDR) aided with support for both Dolby Vision and HDR10 with “Ultra HD Premium” certification.

"Our 2016 OLED TVs combine our most advanced TV technologies with future-forward, stunning designs to elevate the TV experience to an entirely new level. And now, with two HDR formats, content has never looked more immersive or more life-like," said David VanderWaal, vice president of marketing, LG Electronics USA.

OLED technology is expected to up the best picture quality available, something that is attributed to the proper rendering of turning each pixel on or off. With 10-bit panels and 10-bit processing power, LG OLED TVs can render more than a billion possible color variations that attune for the best viewing experience that potential owners will surely approve.

With the advanced features, the makes LG’s OLED TV line incomparable is the quality it upholds even when it comes to wider viewing angles to maintain color and clarity from anywhere.

Aside from the flexible viewing pleasure, its external design is something to behold. The TV sets carry a an uncanny narrow mold that perfectly complements the OLED panels, allowing it to easily blend in with any environment or setting.

Part of all that aesthetics is attributed to the "Picture on Glass" benchmarks that are responsible for an exceptionally thin depth, a translucent glass back and a powerful, forward-facing sound bar that doubles as a unique stand

Alternatively, potential buyers can consider the E6 series though at a higher price of $4,999 and $6,999. The most expensive models are the signature OLED series which come with harmon/kardon sound bar stands.

The new 2016 LG OLED 4K TV line is readily available among leading retailers including online sellers Amazon and Best Buy.
