Bethesda Rolls Out 'Fallout 4' Mods For Xbox One: New Mods Better Than PC? Coming To PlayStation 4 Next Month

"Fallout 4" can now be played on Xbox One thanks to Bethesda's decision to allow the mod to other platforms. This means, more fans can now enjoy the action role-playing video game's new adventure with new add-ons.

'Fallout 4' Mods

According to Forbes, there are new weapons, cheats and settings for "Fallout 4" on Xbox One. With these mods, the game can have new missions, characters, discourse, attires and more.

The possibility of tweaks and additions in the game are endless, as per Bethesda. The company also added that it is easier to create new practices that can improve "Fallout 4" and make the title more adventurous.

'Fallout 4' For PlayStation 4

However, these mods are only available for the said Microsoft console and PC gamers. But, Bethesda revealed that "Fallout 4" mods can also be enjoyed by PlayStation 4 users.

"We anticipate Mods arriving on the PS4 next month," Bethesda said in a blog. "Mods and the players who create them have always been an important part of our games."

"We believe that our games become something much more special when we put the power of creation in your hands," Bethesda explained. The corporation didn't disclose what the "Fallout 4" mod for PlayStation 4 will feature, but it is targeted for release next month. 

However, this doesn't necessarily mean that gamers could expect new Mods for the PlayStation 4 by July. Bethseda could still postpone the date, so it is best to take this with a grain of salt.

Xbox One Mod Better Than PC Version?

Moreover, "Fallout 4" mod for Xbox One, allegedly, gained "50x" hit compared to the release for PC, as per Game Spot. Bethesda claimed that this is just the start for more promising features of the game in the coming months.

"Xbox traffic was 50x the initial Fallout 4 PC mod launch," Bethesda shared on its Twitter page. However, it is not clear how the video game developer monitored the traffic.

Bethesda admitted that they are trying their best to develop these mods for 15 years and apply it to other consoles. IGN cited that it is looking forward to its fans to keep up with their upcoming developments and non-stop support.
