“The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine” expansion featured a number of Grandmaster armor sets that equip specific body parts to provide special bonuses. There are five armor sets in all that can provide a unique experience to each player.

The Grandmaster Legendary feline armor set in “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine” is good for sword combat. The equipment can offer protection against a close-range offense. If players equip three of the six pieces, their Strong Attacks will increase Fast Attack damage by 10 percent for every piece of the armor set, lasting five seconds. If the set is complete, rear attacks will deal 50 percent additional damage, as well as stun opponents for one Adrenaline point.

GameSpot revealed that the Grandmaster Legendary Griffin Armor Set in “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine” is ideal for players who frequently use Yrdenand limit enemy movements. It can boost the strength of signs and magic. If three out of six pieces are equipped, players who use stamina to cast a Sign in standard mode can cast another Sign within three seconds without consuming stamina.

If the set is completely equipped, Yrden’s traps will have a size increase by 40 percent. Players who are within a Yrden trap will increase their stamina regeneration by five per second, increase their Sign intensity by 100 percent and reduce damage by 20 percent.

Inverse wrote that the Legendary Manticore Armor Set in is made for “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine” players who prefer alchemy and have critical hits. If half of the set is equipped, bombs will also have critical hit chance and critical hit damage. If six out of six pieces are equipped, the maximum charges for each alchemy item is increased by one.

The Grandmaster Legendary Ursine Armor Set in “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine” is best for defensive players and those who like to use Quen. If three out of six pieces are equipped, there is a chance that a new Quen shield will be cast if the previous one shatters, without consuming any stamina. This chance bonus also boosts by five percent for each piece of the armor set. If the set is completed, damage dealt by abilities with the Quen sign is upped by 200 percent.

Finally, the Grandmaster Legendary Wolven Armor Set in “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Blood and Wine” is good for players who prefer close-range combat, equipping oils and offensive strategies. If half of the set is equipped, players can apply up to three different oils to a sword simultaneously. If all six pieces are equipped, there is no delay in throwing bombs.
